Manchester Area Pastorate uses this website to manage Mass intention requests. Below you'll find answers to common questions about submitting a request, making an offering, and more. Visit blessedtrinitycluster.com for more information.
A Mass intention is a special prayer request for which a Catholic Mass is offered. You can request a Mass to be celebrated for the repose of a deceased loved one, or for a special intention such as healing, thanksgiving, or guidance.
Click "Request a Mass" in the navigation to begin. You'll be guided through a simple form where you can enter your intention, choose a preferred date, and optionally include an offering. You can request multiple Masses at once and submit them together. You don't need an account to submit a request.
No. You can submit a request as a guest by providing your name and either an email address or phone number. If you pay online, your payment confirms your contact and no extra verification is needed. If you pay in person, you'll be asked to enter a 6-digit verification code we send to your email or phone before submitting. Creating an account allows you to easily track all your requests from a personal dashboard.
Yes. On the Your Information step of the request form — and on the login and register pages — you can click "Continue with Google" to sign in with a Google account. Your progress on the form is saved, and after signing in you're returned directly to where you left off, with no verification code required. If you already have an account with a matching email, Google sign-in links to it automatically.
Yes. During the request process, you can select a preferred date from the calendar. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but scheduling depends on availability. You'll be notified once your Mass is scheduled.
You can request up to 5 Masses in a single submission. Your parish may also set a yearly limit on the number of Mass intentions per person to ensure fair access for all parishioners. If you've reached the limit, the form will let you know.
No. In accordance with Canon Law, Mass offerings are entirely voluntary. A Mass will never be withheld because an offering was not made. You are welcome to include an offering to support the ministry of the parish and its priests, but it is never required.
A suggested offering amount will be shown on the request form, but you are free to offer any amount, more or less, or nothing at all. Any offering you make is a generous gift that supports the parish.
You can pay online with a credit card, debit card, bank account (ACH), or Apple Pay during the request process. You can also choose to pay in person at the parish with cash or check.
If you pay online, a small processing fee is added to cover payment handling costs. The full amount of your offering goes directly to the parish — the fee is separate. The exact fee breakdown is shown before you complete your payment so there are no surprises.
If your Mass intention is canceled before it is scheduled, your online offering can be refunded. However, processing fees are non-refundable. Contact the parish directly for refund requests.
If you submitted as a guest, you'll be asked to verify your contact info by entering a 6-digit code we send to your email or phone. Once confirmed (or immediately if you paid online or are logged in), a parish administrator will review and schedule your Mass. You'll be notified when it's scheduled with the date and time.
You'll receive a notification by email or text message (depending on your preferences) with the scheduled date, time, and location of your Mass. Email notifications also include a calendar invitation you can add to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
Yes. You'll receive a reminder by email or text message the day before your scheduled Mass so you can attend, if you wish.
After the Mass is celebrated, you'll receive a notification confirming that the Mass was offered for your intention.
Yes. You can cancel a pending request from your dashboard. If you paid online and the Mass has not yet been scheduled, your offering will be refunded. Processing fees are non-refundable.
A Mass card is a notice sent to a friend or loved one letting them know that a Mass will be offered for them or someone they care about. It's a meaningful way to express sympathy, celebrate a special occasion, or let someone know they are in your prayers.
There are two options:
During the request process, choose your card option and enter the recipient's name. For a Postcard, provide their mailing address. We'll save your return address to your account so you can reuse it next time. For an Email card, provide their email address.
Email cards are sent right after your request is confirmed. Postcards are printed and mailed shortly after; allow a week or two for delivery.
They land on a page that shows the Mass intention, who requested it, and the date the Mass was offered. They can opt in to receive updates about the Mass, send a thank-you note to the priest, or send a thank-you note to you — the requester. We won't show them how much you offered for the Mass.
Yes. Once your Mass has been offered, you can download a printable Mass card from your dashboard.
If you have an account, log in and visit your dashboard to see all your Mass intentions and their current status. You can also access your dashboard directly from any email notification you receive — just click the link in the email.

Yes. If you chose to pay in person but would like to pay online instead, you can complete the payment from your dashboard at any time.
Only if you register with a mobile phone number or add one to your account.
